| Maria Anzola (Galloway), a
Senior at Archbishop Chapelle High School, is in her fifth Genesian
production. She made her debut in Charley's Aunt and has also
appeared in Little Shop of Horrors, You Can't Take It With
You, and A Hatful of Rain. A Raider Cheerleader, she was
involved in the Marching, Concert, Symphonic, and Pep Bands for
three years. At Chapelle. Maria is involved in the school paper,
Impressions choir, and Liturgical Musicians. She plans to attend
Millsaps College in the fall and major in Pre-law.
Meredith Azzarello
(Marine), a Senior at Dominican High School, is making her stage
debut with A Few Good Men. A former St. Catherine student,
she Is involved in Key Club and Junior Classical League at
Dominican. A member of St. Catherine's CYO Volleyball team, she also
enjoys running and is learning to play the guitar.
Jeffrey Becker (Student
Director), a Junior, participates in Operation HeadStart, Key Club
and Campus Ministry. A three-year member of the Genesians, who works
behinds the scenes, he attended St. Edward the Confessor Elementary.
John Bel (Judge Randolph), a
Senior, has been involved in Genesians since eighth grade when he
did technical work for Fiddler on the Roof. He debuted
on-stage in last year's production of You Can't Take It With You.
A member of Big Brothers, he is Vice-president of National Honor
Society, secretary of Mu Alpha Theta, Managing Editor of the
Raider's Digest and Co-editor-in-chief of Rummel's literary
magazine. John has been named to Who's Who of American High School
Students.
Matt Boudreaux
(Sgt.-at-Arms/Marine), a Junior, has helped to build sets for
Charley's Aunt and Brighton Beach Memoirs. He makes his
stage debut in A Few Good Men. Matt is involved in the Campus
Ministry program. He attended St. Philip Neri Elementary.
Chris Brayden (Howard/Juror),
a Junior, is making his on-stage debut in A Few Good Men
following behind-the-scenes activity in several previous
productions. A participant in Operation HeadStart, he previously
attended Haynes Middle School.
Scott Caire (M.P.), a Sophomore,
attended St. Ann Elementary and is making his stage debut in A
Few Good Men. He is actively involved in Campus Ministry and
Genesians.
Richard Chee (Orderly) "Beneath
serenity may lie a hidden rage" is Richard's thought for the day. A
Sophomore, making his first onstage appearance, he has worked on
the backstage crew for some time. A former St. Ann Elementary
student. he is an avid martial artist.
John Cressend (Weinberg), a
Junior, is an active member of Rummel's Soccer, Tennis and Football
teams as well as Campus Ministry. A former St. Clement of Rome
student, this is his first Genesian performance.
Craig Clark (Marine/Juror), a
Junior, is a three-year member of the Genesians who is making his
on-stage debut in this production. He is a member of the Raider Band
and the Art Club.
Wesley Crum (M.P.) is a Junior
appearing in his first production on any stage. He attended St. Mary
Magdalene Elementary.
Michael Dufrechou
(Downey/Assistant D.A.), is a Senior who was previously seen in
You Can't Take It With You. He is a member of Mu Alpha Theta,
the National Honor Society, Campus Ministry, Eucharistic Ministry
and is Co-captain of the Cheerleading Squad. He attended St. Charles
Borromeo Elementary. Michael also works part-time at Caffe! Caffe!
Kyle Echelard
(Downey/Assistant D.A.) Before attending Rummel, where he makes his
stage debut in A Few Good Men, Kyle attended St Clement of
Rome Grammar School. He is a Senior and member of the Cross Country
and Track teams. He enjoys writing epics and credits this fervent
passion to his favorite, The Odyssey. Kyle is interested in
pursuing a medical degree and specializing in veterinary medicine.
He thanks his benevolent girlfriend for her great attitude during
the show.
Allan Feltes (Kaffee), a
Sophomore, first became interested in drama at St. Christopher
Grammar School. A second-year Genesian, he is making his stage debut
in this production. Allan is a member of the Science Club, Mock
Trial, WRHS and is Vice-president of the Spanish Club.
Doug Guthans
(Dawson/Dunn/Juror) is a Senior and Captain of the Cross Country
team. Doug is making his debut performance in this production. He
attended Riverdale Elementary and came to Rummel In eighth grade.
Doug has been involved in cross country and track throughout his
high school years.
Tim Hedrick (Howard/Juror), a
Sophomore, is a three-year member of the Genesians. He has been
active in behind-the-scenes activity and served as Student Director
for Brighton Beach Memoirs. A Few Good Men marks his
performance debut. A former Christian Brothers School student, Tim
is involved in Campus Ministry, National Honor Society and
Cheerleading.
Robby Howard (Kaffee) is making
his second appearance with the Genesian Players. A Senior, he
appeared in Brighton Beach Memoirs. A member of the Raider
Football team and Student Council, he plans on attending Louisiana
State University In the fall.
Sal LaMartina (Santiago/Tom)
is a Junior, who's extracurricular activities usually take place
with the Track and Field team, including participation in last
year's State Championship Cross Country team. A member of Project
Raider Hope and Campus Ministry, he is appearing in his first
Genesian production. Sal previously attended St. Elizabeth
Elementary School.
Christien Louviere (Markinson/Assistant
to Ross) is a Junior who previously attended Christian Brothers
School, Christien is making his first Genesian appearance in A
Few Good Men. You may recognize him as kicker for the Varsity
Football team or as a forward for the Varsity Soccer team.
Steve Maloney's (Ross) first
on-stage appearance was in last year's production of You Can't
Take It With You. A Few Good Men represents participation
in his sixth Genesian production. A Senior, who attended our Lady of
Divine Providence, he plans to pursue a career in some aspect of
Environmental Science.
Darren Marshall (Sam) is a
Junior, who attended Haynes Middle School. He debuted in Little
Shop of Horrors as a member of the chorus. He also appeared in
You Can't Take It With You and Hatful of Rain and was
a member of the props crew for Ten Little Indians.
Brandon McAcy (Orderly), a
Sophomore, is making his on-stage debut in this production but has
been involved in set construction and ushering for three years. He
plays tuba for the Raider Marching Band and Basketball Pep Band.
Brandon attended St. Benilde.
Courtney McAcy (Markinson/Assistant
Attorney) Is a Senior, who plans a college major of Child
Psychology, He has been involved in the technical aspects of
Genesian productions throughout his high school years. Courtney has
appeared on-stage in Once Upon A Mattress, Little Shop of
Horrors and You Can't Take It With You. He Is a member of
the Rummel Choir and practitioner of Martial Arts. Courtney attended
St. Benilde Elementary.
Shawn McAcy (Whitaker/Juror) is
a Senior and four-year member of the Genesians who was first seen in
Once Upon A Mattress. He has been involved in the technical
aspects of numerous productions throughout his high school years. A
member of the Computer Programming team and the Art Club, he
attended St. Benilde Grammar School.
Colleen McKay (Stone) As a
Senior at Dominican High School, Colleen is an enthusiastic
participant in extracurricular activities just as she was at St.
Dominic Elementary. She is business editor of the yearbook, official
in Student Council, co-manages Dominican's Basketball team. and Is
also a member of the Cross Country and Track teams. She has
participated in Dominican drama productions and other New Orleans
area productions. This is her third role with the Genesians.
T. J. Natal (Whitaker/Juror) is
a Junior who attended St. Philip Neri. He is making his debut with
A Few Good Men. He is involved in Campus Ministry, Life
Guards and the Raider Swim Team.
Stephanie Reynolds
(Galloway), a Senior at Archbishop Chapelle High School, is
performing in her sixth Genesian production since debuting in
Once Upon A Mattress. A former St. Clement of Rome student, she
is Vice-president of the Chapellettes and was a member of the Rummel
Band for three years. At Chapelle, she is Vice-president of Chorale,
and a member of Impressions and National Honor Society. She plans to
attend Louisiana State University as a Psychology major.
Danny Rockwell III
(Santiago/Tom) is a Sophomore, who debuted in Little Shop of
Horrors. He is happy to be back on-stage after working
behind-the-scenes for the last four shows. In addition to Genesians,
Danny is involved in Cheerleading, Campus Ministry, Key Club,
National Junior Honor Society, and Choir. Danny's spare time
activities Include playing the guitar and writing music. He attended
St. Matthew the Apostle Elementary School.
Kate Rohm (Stone) is a third-year
Genesian and Senior at Archbishop Chapelle High School. A member of
the Chapellette Dance team, she first appeared on the Genesian stage
in Little Shop of Horrors. She has also appeared in You
Can't Take It With You, Hatful of Rain, Ten Little
Indians and Brighton Beach Memoirs. Kate attended St.
Francis Xavier Elementary.
Philip Rosado (Dawson/Corporal
Dunn/Juror), a Senior, is making his stage debut in A Few Good
Men. He plays the alto-sax in Rummel's Marching Band, Concert
Band and Jazz Band. Philip previously attended St. Ann School.
David Shaw (M.P.) is a Junior who
makes his debut performance in this production. He previously
attended T. H. Harris School.
Caroline Vanek (Judge
Randolph) is a Senior at Mount Carmel Academy making her Genesian
debut in A Few Good Men. A veteran of numerous Mt. Carmel STK
productions, she represents STK in the International Thespian
Society. A Jiu Jitsu and kick boxing student, she attended St.
Catherine Grammar School.
Daniel C. Wilson (Kendrick)
A Sophomore, Daniel is excited about his first stage appearance in
his second year as a Genesian. A former Ecole Classique student, he
is a member of the Spanish Club.
Jeff Winchester (Jessup) is
a Senior, who first appeared in the fall production of Brighton
Beach Memoirs. He is involved in numerous Rummel activities
including the Baseball team, Campus Ministry, Operation HeadStart,
Big Brothers, Raider's Digest and several others. A former St.
Edward Grammar School student, Jeff plans to attend Louisiana State
University as a Massage Therapy major. |
