Rebecca Bayer (Reba) is a senior at Archbishop Chapelle High Scool. This is her third year as a Genesian and is currently serving as a board member. She is active in Mu Alpha Theta and is on the Chapelle Track team. Rebecca loves the sense of community that the Rummel Genesian Players offer. She previously attended Atonement Lutheran. Greg Bellocq (Joe) Greg, a senior, is making his debut on the Genesian stage. He is also involved in Operation HeadStart and National Honor Society and he also writes for the Raiders’ Digest. He just received a new ship for Christmas which he enjoys sailing on with his friends and the captain. He previously attended St. Philip Neri. Stephen Cazenave (Adolph) Stephen is a senior at Archbishop Rummel High School. This is his third year as a Genesian Player. Other then Genesians he is also involved in Student Council at Rummel. You may have seen him in his last performance as Mayor Lacade in Song of Bernadette. He enjoys being in Genesians very much and is excited about this performance. Other then acting, Stephen also enjoys playing with his pet hamster, and watching the beautiful sunsets go down over the horizon with his best friend Matthew. So keep your eyes peeled for him on stage in this production of The Last Night of Ballyhoo. Sean Cronin (Student Director) is a senior at Archbishop Rummel. He started in Genesians as the prop master for Song of Bernadette. Sean is a starter on the Rummel Rugby Team. He attended St. Benilde Grammer School. Kaitlyn Derenbecker (Boo) is a Senior at Archbishop Chapelle High School and is a member of her school’s Ambassador team and is the President of Student Council. This is Kaitlyn’s second year as a Genesian and was in the Song of Bernadette earlier this year. Kaitlyn said, “This play is a hoot!” Jessie Dupuy (Lala) An Archbishop Chapelle sophomore, Jessie is in her second Genesian performance. She attended St. Matthew the Apostle for grammer school. She is also currently an Archbishop Rummel Cheerleader, a member of the Student Council, Matthew 25, Retreat Team, Campus Ministry, and the Pro-Life Club. Jessie is so excited about this play she can’t even handle it. Paul Hebert (Prop Master) Paul is a Rummel Senior and a third year Genesian. He has appeared in You Can’t Take It With You, the 2006 Variety Show, and most recently, The Song of Bernadette. He is also an a member of Rummel’s Student Council. Caroline Langlois (Lala) is a senior at Archbishop Chapelle High School and is performing in her fifth play as a Genesian. She is currently a Rummel Cheerleader, Student Council Vice-President, an Ambassador and was voted on to Rummel’s Homecoming Court for the 2006-2007 school year. She attended St. Ann for grammar school. Caroline plans to knock your socks off in her incredibly fiya barbeque dress!!! Caitlyn Louviere (Sunny) has been a member of the Genesian players since her freshman year at St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She is involved with Student Council at her school and serves on the Board for Genesians. And she just wants to know...What comes before Part B? Part A!!! Matthew Martinez (Joe) is a senior at Archbishop Rummel. In his 5th year as a Genesian Player, Matthew is on the Genesian Board. He is also the student Council Senior Class President. He attended St. Matthew the Apostle Grammar School. He received a pair of rollerblades and a handkerchief for Christmas. Jacob Miller (Peachy) The Last Night of Ballyhoo marks Jacob’s debut on the Genesian stage. He has been in many plays at his elementary school, St. Christopher. He was also invited to perform at Delgado Community College production of Story Theater and holds the record of being the youngest person invited to perform. Jacob loves the theater and all the fun it has to offer. Matthew Rigdon (Peachy) ia a junior at Rummel. He is a third year Genesian and is on the Executive Board this year. This is Matthew’s eighth production. He also played a big role in A Rigdon in Time. Matthew is also involved in YRNO and Operation HeadStart. Samantha Schott (Sunny) Samantha is a senior St. Scholastica Academy, where she recently played “Truvy” in Steel Magnolias. She has participated in many productions at Playmakers’ Theatre in Covington, including Give My Regards to Broadway, The Pirates of Penzance, and Oliver!. She sings in SSA’s advanced choir, and she is a three-year member of the District IX Honor Choir. A former student of NOCCA, she has also been seen in St. Paul’s School shows, her favorite being Godspell, singing “Turn Back O Man.” |
